第1阶段:线上课程
形式-虚拟会议,每组20人以内
Format- virtual meetings, within 20 participants per cohort.
时间分配-60分钟的真实案例互动讲座;40分钟的指导练习和对每个话题的反馈;20分钟的结尾问答环节和行动计划订立
Session Time Allocation - 60 minutes of Interactive lecture with real cases; 40 minutes of coaching practice and feedback on each topic; 20 minutes of Closing Q&A plus Action Plan contracting.
第2阶段:线下课程
