职位描述:
1. Formulate organizational development and effectiveness strategies and solutions in line with business strategy and global guidelines necessary to achieve goals of Asia and sustain the vision.

2. Utilizes strong OD processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver customized solutions needed to optimize talent management and enhance organizational effectiveness.

3. Consistently deploy training and Organization Development programs and processes to support the business growth in the region.

4. Facilitates, supports, and leads endeavors that contribute to the culture and communication related.

5. Talent Management include assessment, development, performance, career management, and retention of top talent in line with global guidelines and processes and the specifics of regional situation. Facilitates talent review process. Measures and tracks progress of talent action plans.

6. Serves as the regional process owner for succession management practices. Assists leaders with the creation of action plans and monitor progress.

7. Works with key leaders to accelerate successful leadership transitions as an advisor throughout preparation, on-boarding, assimilation, and early transition phases. Provides development tools, methods, and resources designed to foster relationship-building and accelerate from initiation to productivity.

8. Develops approaches to build organizational capability through leadership development planning activities such as targeted assignments, experiential learning, executive coaching, 360 feedback, formal education, and leadership programs.

9. Provides coaching and consulting on change management, organizational structure analysis and design to leaders and their teams, working to identify optimal structural design that aligns with business requirements and objectives.

10. Champions performance management practices, serving as the subject matter expert on goal setting, employee development, coaching and feedback, and performance counseling and action planning in the region.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.



任职资格
1. Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with degree in English, Human Resource Management, or other closely related field.
2. 15+ years’ experience with 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources Development, Organization Development, training design and implementation, and coaching, in a local organization with leading edge HR Systems and practices. Extensive experience as a Human Resource Generalist would be a plus.
3. Possess the competency in HR strategy and implementation to improve organizational effectiveness. Good leadership/competence assessment and development skills. Strong analytical, consulting, coaching and influence skills. Professional on competency-based performance management and change management skills. Good group intervention and facilitation skills.
4. Good command of both English/Mandarin and MS office skills.
5. Hard work. Deliver result with Integrity.
6. Team player, people-oriented with strong stress tolerance capability.
