职位名称：Senior Quality Manager

职位描述（Responsibilities）：
1. Apply principals and initiatives of the Quality System to the business and manufacturing processes for continuous improvement.
2. Plan, develop and initiate positive actions to improve the quality of products and services provide to customers.
3. Develop and implement an effective proactive customer visit methodology and process across the company.
4. Coordinate with and provide input to Supply Chain to assure quality of purchased products and services meets requirements.
5. Develop and integrate quality performance measurement systems and drive internal quality audit, considering world-class benchmarks and report results to management team.
6. Develop, implement and maintain local and corporate quality policies, procedures, and instructions.
7. Evaluate, improve, and assure alignment of resources and timely, effective completion of quality responsibilities during APQP process for NPD projects.
8. Assess, coordinate, and initiate projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the associated business processes. Coordinate implementation of special projects as assigned.
9. Assure overall capability of Quality personnel – coaching, guidance and development.
10.  Performs other duties as assigned.

任职资格（Requirements）：
Bachelor’s degree or above on mechanical or related.
15+ years’ experience & leadership in manufacturing and quality environment.
Thorough knowledge of metal machining, quality management systems and Tools.
Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and methodologies. Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
Ability to develop and implement complex, company-wide Total Quality Management systems and Plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
High degree of professional presence and customer interface skills.
Very adept at influencing to achieve results through others when required.
