He has completed 12 interim GM/CEO assignments for portfolio companies for EQT Partners, CITIC Capital Partners, Blue Point Capital Partners, American Industrial Partners, Vector Capital Partners as well as for western MNCs and SMEs. He has coached over 70 executives in Ford, TRW Automotive (Zf), Fonterra, Tyco Electronics, Otis, Associated British Food, GSK, Pfizer, Givaudan, and Schaeffler, etc.

He was Chief Representative China with The Amrop Hever Group. Before that experience, he was General Manager of Moore Hong Leong Guangzhou and China operations. Prior to his general management career, he was with Avery Dennison China in a couple of senior executive roles for finance，business development, and human resources functions. He possesses a good understanding of major leadership challenges facing various types of organizations in China.
他曾担任过安立顾问公司中国业务首席代表。此前，他曾任加拿大摩亚公司中国区 总经理。在他从事综合管理职务之前，他曾在艾利丹尼森中国区分公司担任财务、业务发展和人力资源等方面的总经理职务。他对中国各种类型的企业所面临的主要领导力挑战均有广泛而深入的理解。
Sheldon graduated with a Master’s from the Management Department at the Nankai University of China in 1988 and later furthered his studies at McMaster University in Canada. Between 1992 and 1994, he was a Lecturer at Fudan University in Shanghai.
周戌乾教练于1988年毕业于南开大学管理学系，获硕士学位。后期任加拿大麦克马斯特大学商学院访问学者。1992年至1994年间，于上海复旦大学担任讲师。
