The Job Responsibilities


1. Location：Huangpu District, Shanghai


2. Reporting to：Partners


3. Direct report(s)：TBD


4. Function(s)：

Support nationwide executive coaching projects and training projects in China

Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential clients

Negotiating contracts with prospective clients

Coordinating business development efforts with marketing team


Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Nationality：Flexible


2. Education：Bachelor degree from a prestigious university


3. Languages：Mandarin and English


4. Age：Around 30 years old



5. Experience：

5 years in business/HR consulting/training area will be a plus


6. Skills and Knowledge：

Interpersonal skills

Customer service oriented

Strong learning agility

Problem solving mindset

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

语言：普通话和英语

年龄：30岁左右
